Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember things like whether you are signed in or what you clicked last time. We also use a few similar technologies — local storage and third-party SDKs — that we group together as “cookies” for the purposes of this policy.
Essential — required to deliver the Service. Without these you can’t sign in, pay, or have your preferences remembered. We don’t need consent for these but we still tell you what they do.
Analytics — help us understand which pages and features are useful. Marketing-site analytics (Google Analytics 4) only load if you accept the analytics option in our cookie banner. PostHog product analytics in the portal loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can change your preference any time via Settings → Privacy or by clearing the ergora_cookie_consent entry from your browser’s storage. Analytics data is anonymised where possible and never used for advertising.
Marketing — Ergora does not currently run advertising or remarketing pixels on its own properties. If that changes we will update this policy and ask you to opt in.

The first time you visit ergora.app we show a small banner asking whether you accept analytics cookies. You can choose “Accept” (loads analytics) or “Essential only” (no analytics scripts ever load). Your choice is stored locally in your browser. If you want to change it, clear the ergora_cookie_consent entry from your browser’s storage and reload — the banner will reappear.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies will prevent the Service from functioning.
