By accessing or using Ergora (“the Service”), operated by Ergora (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service includes the ergora.app marketing website, the ergora.cloud platform, all associated APIs, and any related tools or integrations.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Business accounts must be registered by an authorised representative.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans include Solo, Team, Growth, and Agency tiers, with tier pricing from $79 to $99/seat/month — see /pricing for current rates. Each plan includes a base allocation of tokens and image credits.
Vertical-specific packs (e.g. Ecommerce, HR, Finance) are available as monthly add-ons from $59 per pack, or in bundles ($149/3, $249/6, $449/12). Pack pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive 50% off their first month on seats and packs as a launch offer. A valid payment method is required at signup and the discounted first-month fee is charged at the start of your subscription. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle — see “Cancellation” below.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Each plan includes monthly token and image credit allocations. Usage beyond your allocation will be paused until your next billing cycle, or you may purchase additional token or credit packs.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Content generated by AI features (text, images, analysis) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Ergora. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the right to use the Service as described.
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g. Shopify, Google, Meta). When you connect an integration, you authorise us to access data from that service on your behalf within the scope you approve.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should consult qualified professionals for decisions that require expert guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
