Why we built Ergora
I spent fifteen years in marketing and business development, working with businesses from bootstrapped startups to established companies and agencies. Most ran lean: hands-on, sleeves rolled up, everyone covering three roles at once. When they needed more firepower, the options were an external agency or a bolt-on specialist team, costing thousands of pounds a month. These owners cared more about their work than anyone, and did it with a fraction of the resources larger competitors take for granted.
